1. Services

VON24 is a subscription-based clinic management software designed for small and medium-sized clinics. Our platform enables clinics to manage patient records, appointments, billing, and reporting through a secure online interface.

2. Account Registration

• You must register with accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

• Subscription plans are available as monthly and annual options:
  • Platinum Plan – ₹1500/month
  • Gold Plan – ₹1000/month
• All prices are in INR and subject to applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner (e.g., Razorpay).
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Renewal will occur automatically unless cancelled before the billing date.

4. Use of Platform

• You may use VON24 only for lawful purposes related to clinic operations.
• You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the software or its security features.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload.

5. Data Privacy

• We store clinic and patient information securely in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, code, and software related to VON24 are owned by Acropolis Systems Pvt. Ltd.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

7. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or data breach arising from use or inability to use the platform.
• Our total liability will not exceed the subscription amount paid in the last 3 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
