Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Payments

• All subscription fees for VON24 (monthly or annual) must be paid in advance.
• Pricing:
  • Platinum Plan – ₹1500/month
  • Gold Plan – ₹1000/month

2. Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable: Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
• No refunds will be issued for partial use, unused subscription periods, or cancellations made after the payment is processed.
• Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Payment made for a plan that was not activated due to system issues.

3. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
• Cancellations will stop future billing but will not refund the current billing cycle’s fee.
• Access to the platform will remain available until the end of your paid subscription period.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
